Travel Insurance Waiver

This form is required if you have declined to purchase travel insurance. If you do not return this form, cruise line travel insurance may be added to your final invoice. You CAN wait until final payment to purchase insurance but it would not include coverage if you were cancelling for a pre-existing condition. To get pre-existing condition coverage, you must buy insurance within 7 days of making your deposit. Our insurance quotes are very low and are strongly recommended for all cruisers.

If you select yes, you are accepting full responisbility for knowing when you are able to cancel your cruise without penalty. You also accept full responsibility for any costs you might incur due to a cancellation and any costs related to an illness or injury while you are on your cruise. You understand that your home medical insurance does NOT cover you while you are at sea. If you are adding the insurance more than 10 days after you paid your deposit, pre-existing conditions are not covered.
